Elizabeth Leedom

Elizabeth Leedom

Liz is a senior partner in the health care law firm of Bennett, Bigelow & Leedom, P.S. She graduated, with honors, from the University of Washington School of Law in 1984. For the past 26 years, her practice has focused on defense of physicians and other health care providers in medical malpractice actions. Liz has tried over 40 medical malpractice cases in state and federal courts. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and past President of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Washington Chapter. She has been consistently named a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics magazine, has been selected multiple times for the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Washington, has been named as one of the top attorneys in her field by Seattle magazine and is listed in Best Lawyers in America. Liz also teaches Medical Malpractice Law at the University of Washington School of Law.

Rando B. Wick

Rando B. Wick

Rando is a partner in the Seattle Office of Johnson, Graffe, Keay, Moniz & Wick, LLP. Mr. Wick received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law and a Certificate in Health Care Ethics from the University of Washington School of Medicine. Prior to studying law, he was an Emergency Medical Technician for six years at Providence Hospital in Everett, Washington. Mr. Wick has an active trial practice, focusing exclusively on the defense of medical malpractice cases for over 20 years. He has been AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell (the highest rating from the national rating system for attorneys) (www.martindale.com) and has been elected by his peers as one of Washington's Super Lawyers on numerous occasions since 2002. (www.superlawyers.com). He is a frequent lecturer to physicians on issues pertaining to medical malpractice litigation and has written numerous articles on health care issues.

John Graffe

John is a senior partner with the law firm of Johnson, Graffe, Keay, Moniz & Wick, LLP. A Northwest native, he graduated from the University of Washington and received his law degree from Willamette University in 1981. Since that time, his practice has focused on the defense of healthcare professionals and hospitals. He handles matters in federal and state courts throughout Washington, and has successfully defended many high exposure cases. He is regularly selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer, and has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Cindy G. Flynn

Cindy G. Flynn

Cindy is a partner at Carney Badley Spellman in Seattle, WA. She graduated from Santa Clara University Law School in 1990 and received her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University. Cindy Flynn's practice emphasizes civil litigation, insurance injury litigation, commercial litigation, and complex and class action litigation. Ms. Flynn has had significant litigation experience in catastrophic personal injury defense, health care, products liability, and traumatic and brain injury cases. Before joining Carney Badley Spellman, Ms. Flynn was an Army JAG captain. She was named a Washington State Super Lawyer for the years 2007-2010 by Washington Law and Politics magazine and has been honored by Law & Politics in their 2010 Corporate Counsel Edition as being among the top lawyers in America in Civil Litigation.
